Another great travel theme. I love to photograph the architecture wherever we travel. I have so many photos to choose from I think I will make it my running theme for the next week. First up is probably the most recognizable building in the world.

The Sydney Opera House was designed to take advantage of its spectacular location on Bennelong Point in the Sydney Harbor. The roof shines during the daytime and appears to glow at night. While it is referred to as the “Opera House”, it is actually a complex of theaters and halls linked beneath the famous shells. The Sydney Opera House was made a UNESCO World Heritage Site in June 2007. It is one of the 20th century’s most distinctive buildings and one of the most famous performing arts centers in the world and Sydney’s most popular tourist attraction.
