Travel Photo of the Day 7-27-2011

Nyhavn Canal – Copenhagen, Denmark

The Nyhavn area is a recently gentrified sailor’s quarters with trendy cafes, clubs and restaurants. The canal is filled with old sailboats and it is a great place to hang out, drink a few beers and people watch. Hans Christian Andersen lived and wrote his first stories here at #20.

  1. Hi Daniel:

I like your travel photos! If you ever want to be a guest poster on my other blog, thethirdeyeworld, let me know. Check it out. I’m trying to get other bloggers to submit a photo just like what you are doing.

    • Hi Nicole,
Sure I would be happy to post photos on thethirdeyeworld. I have so many, which one will I choose? 🙂 I set up my blog initially so that I could write on politics and economic issues but then I thought I should put up a travel photo of the day since we have so many. I have picked out the best shots from our trips and I probably have two years worth of photos that I could at one per day.
