The weekly travel theme “multiples” was such a great topic I had to add some more photos. Here are a few more of my favorites of multiples found in nature.

The first three photos are from a trip to the Galapagos Islands. Early in the morning, the marine iguanas (aka Christmas Iguanas because for a few weeks around Christmas time they turn read and green) huddle together for warmth. It is amazing that anything can grow through the hard black lava rock, but the lava cactus manages and makes for great photos. On a snorkeling outing I just happened to swim over this group of black-tipped sharks. After the initial shock I was able to get some nice shots of them.

The last three photos are from a trip to the Oregon coast. The first two are of star fish and mussels that we found exposed when the tide went out and the last photo is of the beer sampler that were found when we went out that night.
